Customer Satisfaction Our Goal All of our products can be returned or replaced within 14 days of their arrival.
You can return the product if it is not used and return it to its original packaging and be eligible for resale. Used or damaged products will not be received as return goods.
Cost of return and replacement:
If the products are valid within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order and the customer wishes to return them without defect to the product, the customer will bear the shipping and refund costs .
If the product has a manufacturer defect and does not work we will bear all shipping costs and delivery of our product and then send a new product with free shipping charges
We accept payments in both Cash and Cards. Please note that Cash on Delivery is not allowed on orders over 6000 egp
We use multiple delivery methods depending on the good and urgency of the order. Our ready products are already in stock in our central warehouse they are picked up and shipped all over Egypt in 5 working days. All delivery's are shipped from Cairo. Delivery cost is on average 50 EGP for regular orders. However for beds and mattresses shipping cost may very. Any product returns should be sent back to our main office in Cairo. tracking numbers are sent by aramex shipping on trackable through their website www.aramex.com Cash on delivery is not allowed on orders over 6000 egp. Shipping is available in all of Egypt.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
Our warranty is for 10 years on naturally filled products ( Hanse ) and 5 years on wooden and upholstered products on production defects.
